Great overall service. I switched from another agency last year due to lack of response. So far Great Florida Insurance specifically “Amber” has exceeded my expectations. They just had my policy re-written saving me over $1500 this year. Amber scheduled a home inspection for me in less than 24hrs and had my new policy written the next day.

Absolutely phenomenal service! Will was more than helpful with getting me a policy that I could afford. Not only is the policy Will got me significantly cheaper it’s also a policy with MORE coverage. While looking for a business owner insurance policy I came across Tony and Great Florida. I am very pleased with the customer service provided by Tony. He is very knowledgeable in the insurance field, and was able to answer all of my questions while sifting through, and explaining, all the insurance jargon. He answered all my questions and found me a great policy that was tailored to my new business. The other peace of mind I found while dealing with Tony is he is very honest and to the point.
